Keiyu is software, not consulting. Every company uses the same platform, configured with its own sources and rules.

What your company knows, with its source.

  • You sign up with Google or with your email and create your company’s workspace.
  • You invite your team with roles: Owner, Admin and Member.
  • You connect Google Drive, only with the files you choose, and WhatsApp Business, plus your email and other systems.
  • You ask, and Keiyu answers with the exact sentence from the source and a link to the original.
  • If there is no evidence, Keiyu tells you.
  • Voice notes are transcribed and can be cited. The audio is not kept.
  • The Owner can delete a source or the whole workspace.

Warns

What matters, without you asking.

  • Your home shows what is due, what does not add up and what is missing.
  • It reads Chilean dates, amounts and currencies exactly as written.
  • What cannot be read is marked as missing. It is never guessed.

Answers with you

Every request, with its context and a draft.

  • A request or a quote arrives by email or WhatsApp.
  • Keiyu shows the full context, with its citations, and drafts a reply.
  • A person corrects it and approves it.
  • The reply goes out on the same channel and is recorded as a fact.
  • You declare your business rules by chat, form or file, and Keiyu detects when they contradict each other.
  • It recognises the same customer on WhatsApp, in email and in the SII.

  • Each of your company’s AI agents has its own credentials and a person responsible for it.
  • An agent asks and gets the same answer, with its evidence, that a person gets.
